7 Reasons to Develop the Art of Being a Detached Observer

          “Do you do everything whilst stable in the stage of a detached observer?   Those who constantly do everything whilst remaining detached observers constantly experience the Father’s companionship.When you are not a detached observer, the Father cannot be your Companion. Therefore, remain constantly stable in the stage of a detached observer.

1.Remain a detached observer even of your own body.

2. When you are detached from your body and bodily relations you automatically become detached from this old world. Then, whilst being with everyone and in your relations and connections with everyone, remain constantly detached and loving.

3. This stage enables you to experience being an easy yogi.

4. By constantly remaining a detached observer, you will remain immune to any effect, even of being together.

5. Souls are not immune to the effect of action, but the stage of soul consciousness makes you immune, that is, it keeps you beyond any effect or attraction of Maya.

6. To remain detached means to be immune. Therefore, do remain  constantly stable in such a stage. Do not allow yourself to be attacked by any type of Maya.

7. Those who have surrendered themselves to the Father will  remain constantly safe from any of Maya’s attacks.”

To fill your self with a quality or power, which you feel you do not have or one, which is lacking inside you, try the following exercise. Suppose you feel that you lack contentment (satisfaction). To increase this quality inside you, sit comfortably in a pleasant room with your eyes open.

Withdraw (remove) energy mentally from everything around you – turn your attention inward. You might think of how a tortoise withdraws into its shell to detach itself from the outside world, but carrying the experience of the world with it inside its shelter.

Create a point of consciousness. Focus on the centre of your forehead. Think of this point as a bright star, a sparkling jewel, a flame or a being of light. This will radiate positive energy, making you feel good about yourself.

Self empowerment is the process of filling  your Self with a quality or power, which you feel you do not have yet or that is lacking in some way, inside you.  To fill the Self, try the following exercise. Suppose you feel that you lack contentment (satisfaction). To increase this quality inside you, sit comfortably in a pleasant room with your eyes open.

Withdraw (remove) energy mentally from everything external around you, including your body.  Turn your attention inward. You might think of how a tortoise withdraws into its shell to detach itself from the outside world.

Focus your energy on contentment; let this become the object of your meditation. As you focus upon the idea of contentment, you give it space, you bring it into your life; allow your thoughts about contentment to shift into feeling contented.   You will experience this feeling by giving your conscious attention to it.  This is how your mind works.  For example when you concentrate on sad or angry thoughts, you will feel sad or angry.  Through this same action of concentrating on any state, you add fuel to whatever thoughts you entertain, than the feelings that manifest are yours. So consciously choose what you wish to create, what you wish to feel and be. 

During the entire day, visualize yourself performing each action under the canopy (shelter) of the Ocean of Contentment. This same meditation works for all the different virtues like: cheerfulness, courage, humility, tolerance, forgiveness, determination, etc. 

For the qualities that already exist inside of you,  use this exercise to strengthen them and bring them out into your actions, reactions, and interactions.

This is a way to experience empowerment through meditation.

Foods that Knock Mold Out of Your Body

Featured Image -- 6099This is essential knowledge about removing mold from our lungs, lymphatic system, and tissues with food for those of us who are weathering the after effects of the record-breaking Buffalo Storm we all experienced on Kauai. This list of wonderful food allies to clear our bodies from suspected mold contamination comes from the Medical Medium, Anthony William, whom I hold in the highest regard.

Here’s the list:

Eating apples, skin and all, will kill mold in the body.  The pectin in apples pulls mold out of our tissues.

Organic purple grapes destroy mold.  Other wonderful fruit allies are pomegranates and oranges.

Veggies that assist the ‘mold warrior’ are fennel bulb (I’ve seen it at Healthy Hut).  Juicing the fennel bulb and drinking it will remove mold from the lungs and lymphatic system.

Salad fixings to cleanse and kill mold are arugula, mustard greens, and spinach.  Add chopped up sage and rosemary to your salad dressings and guacamole for an extra boost.

Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds on your salad for the perfect mold removal topping or eat them by the handful.

All kinds of mushrooms remove mold as well.  Feast on shitake and others.  Also chaga mushroom powder can be made into a wonderfully restorative tea with a few sprigs of peppermint, honey, and lemon.

Supplement with lyposomal vitamin C.

Drinking 3 cups of nettle leaf tea throughout the day and you will be mold free in good time!
