Isn’t it interesting that we all started out as pure and positive beings (souls) and that only after the Great Cleansing, will we all be that once again…Such is the Father’s Great Love!
In today’s Murli, a wonderful love letter that many yogis who practice Raja Yoga read and study every day, it was noted that: “It is with great difficulty that body consciousness breaks. Only when you consider yourself to be bodiless can there be love for the Father.
Otherwise the intellect (higher mind, conscience/heart) is caught up with the karmic accounts of the body,” i.e. who said what to whom? what’s she wearing> where’s the money coming from? why did it have to be like that!!!???
That’s just for starters! Karmic accounts of the body include: relationships, finances, livelihood, the limited, perishable things that take up a lot, if not all of our time.
Too often we, as souls live out our time thinking of ourselves as a body, in need of some kind of fix or another! We must shift from the limited to the unlimited, and realize that as a soul, I am complete. I can receive love, happiness, power, bliss, and wisdom direct from the Source! Make time to go deep within, forget the body during that time and experience yourself as a point of consciousness, as light.
This is what Raja Yoga Meditation is all about. It guides us back into the unlimited and into true connection with the Unlimited Father/Mother/Beloved. Imagine a world where souls knew the art of living as a self-sovereign soul in the company of the One. What a world, it will be!!! See it into being, by seeing your true self first.

It has been such a wonder to be tucked away in the Hawaiian Islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean for 27 years. The past 20 have been on the oldest and most serene island of the Hawaiian chain~the northern most island of Kauai.
Most people don't realize that Hawaii is made up of a chain of seven islands, sometimes related to the seven chakras of the human body. As Kauai sits at the top of the chain; it is often called the "crown" of the Hawaiian islands.
Who am I? I am a spiritual elder and practitioner of Raja Yoga Meditation. I am a healer of hearts because I have surrendered to the Almighty who has healed mine. I offer Spiritual Empowerment sessions that assist with building trust, faith, and strength in the Self.
For each of the past eight years, I've had the wonderful fortune to have traveled to northern India to the Brahma Kumari World Spiritual University on Mt. Abu, Rajasthan.
This wonderful place is also called Madhuban, which means Forest of Honey. It is a pilgrimage place dedicated to the Remembrance of God; a place to attend classes, a place to meditate by yourself or with many others; and a wonderful place to commune with like-hearted souls.
