The end of one year approaches and the beginning of another zooms in.  Just like that!  Yet it holds so much significance for all of us.  It offers a chance to begin anew, to get firm with one’s self, and give form, from the inside, to the world we wish to see on the outside.

In order to do this, what words must be removed from the Dictionary of Your Life?   Everyone has words which when used repeatedly create upset, limitations, and even chaos in the inner and outer worlds.  What are those words for you?  How easy is it going to be to stop using them?  Be honest.  Would you like to receive Divine Help?  What is the percentage of being able to do this on your own?  What is the percentage of Help from the Benevolent One that it will take you to get there?

Goals and Goal-Setting Create A Powerful Script for Your Life

Setting goals works.  Writing them down works even better.  And accountability insures that you stay on track until you’ve reached your goal.

Flying with the OwlsThis builds self-respect and overcomes poor habits that come from unconscious beliefs such as “I don’t deserve to achieve”, “I’d rather procrastinate than test myself, because I’m afraid of failure and I’m afraid of success”, or just simply the belief that “I can’t”.  These are markers of unwillingness.  So ask yourself am I willing to set a goal, create an action plan, and ask for accountability?  If so, you are on your way to something new.  No matter what the result, if you stick to this plan, you are going to learn something NEW about yourself.

Research on goal-setting at Dominican University, California, done by Gail Matthews indicated that folks who write down their goals, create action plans, and track their progress accomplish significantly more goals than people…

Becoming Free in Meditation

By making effort to become the “detached observer”, the unlimited soul, the point of light in the center of your forehead, independent of any limited supports, you will become blessed with innate happiness and wholeness. (holiness)

If during this contemplation of yourself as a bodiless point of light, you find that any of the old patterns of “body consciousness” arise: such as  fear, worry, anger, greed, lust, disappointmet, or attachment, deeply realize that these energies are not part of your original makeup.  They are the golden chains that you have acquired over time.

To free yourself, visualize yourself holding a very sharp pair of garden clippers and cut yourself free from these old chains of limitation. Use this visualization each day for a month, whenever these patterns emerge.
