It was a beautiful day in June 2015. However, I awoke feeling way less than chipper, sore throat, beyond words! I decided to nurture the body, but even more so the soul residing within the chariot, by not leaving the house until 2ish, and then it was straight to the local watering hole for a cup of joe!
“Still waking up?”I said inwardly to the body!
I, the soul was ready for action, and so with a quick, sincere invoking of the One, I launched forward with a wonderful deck of blessing cards, I carry with me.
It was time to bless someone with a virtue card and acknowledge who they truly are.
I felt very introverted, but after having invoked the Benevolent One, I knew all would happen in a wonderful way, with me as the willing instrument! As I walked up to the register to pay, I saw a very sweet soul behind the counter, a mother of 3 girls, who I had often seen here, smiling and glowing, any time of day. I knew that her twin girls had just graduated from high school last weekend.
I paid for the coffee, noticed there was no line, pulled out the beautiful deck of cards and invited her to choose one.
She was surprised and said,” you mean anyone that calls to me?”
“Yes”, I said relieved and excited.” “That’s it, exactly”…knowing all was playing out, precisely as it would!
Without a moment’s hesitation, she pulled a card from the pack! She read it silently as I watched her well up with emotion, that finally broke through the dam of “no longer can I hold back these tears”!
Wow I thought,wondering which card she had picked that had touched the soul, so deeply.
She came out from behind the counter and deeply embraced me, with a feeling that only a mother can give. This beautiful, bright, and talented soul, devoted mother of 3, working a cash register at the fancy health food store, had pulled GENEROSITY…
These are the words that spoke to her:
Your unlimited kindness that never stops giving reveals your generosity. Your heart is merciful because God has filled it with love.
She asked if she could keep the card… of course you can-it’s yours!!!
Later while walking the beach and reflecting, what came in loud and clear was that acknowledgement of the soul is vital to our health and well-being. How a small moment of reflection about the true self and its elevated nature is considerably rare and that our souls have become parched for lack of true recognition! Those exquisite moments of ‘seeing her Self’ and ‘being seen’ made her day and mine.
Lesson…See those around you, as the souls that they are. Fill them with their own truth and value. Let no one leave your presence empty-hearted!

Many don't realize that Hawaii is made up of a chain of seven islands- Kauai, the Garden Isle, is situated at the top of the chain and is often called the "crown" of the Hawaiian islands. Kauai is also called the Island of the Golden Light, and the Island of Discovery for good reason! Truly this is where I was led in order to discover the wonders of the inner golden light ignited by the Supreme Light. It is here that I continually reinforce the awareness that- I am a peaceful, loving soul, a being of light*- just as you are. This journey has led me to surrender the rest of this life to the Divine Beloved, the One who loves unconditionally and who teaches the method to return to our original nature of purity, love, wisdom, & altruism. Through these writings- I am building a fortress of light with the pure intention that others may strengthen their own light.
For over fifteen years, I've had the fortune of traveling to northern India- to the state of Rajasthan- where the Brahma Kumari World Spiritual University is perched atop Mt. Abu.
This wonderful oasis of light is also called Madhuban which means Forest of Honey. It is a pilgrimage place dedicated to the Remembrance of who we truly are -- eternal souls. This awareness also brings us into the natural relationship and remembrance of the Eternal One- the Creator God- Beloved of All.
I go to Madhuban to meditate and study in a fully spiritually charged atmosphere where others are there for the same purpose. We are a spiritual family who enjoy solitude, as well as unity. We enjoy delicious spiritually charged meals, beautiful gardens, angelic music, and communing with like-hearted souls from across the globe. Madhuban is a pure, divine container that serves those who wish to live according to the highest spiritual codes. It is a place designed for souls to have a deep, rich, and loving meeting with the Supreme Soul. My annual journeys there have enriched my life immeasurably, beyond words. I've become a peaceful soul who honors the peaceful soul of you. I am a lover of Truth and hope that you are able to glean deep soul answers from these writings. Take the jewels that touch you, make them your own, and share them, for "giving and receiving freely" is a good part to have at this time of great transformation.
