# 1 Exercise to Practice for Awareness of You, the Soul Practice Daily for Peace

1.  I am a soul, a sparkling point of light, like a star, sitting in the center of my forehead.

2. Go into the experience of being separate from the body.  

3. Concentrate on being a subtle point of light and feel the rays of light and might spread out from you, the soul into the physical world.  

4. Do this for 5 minutes, 5 times a day.  

5. Feel the Peace.

NOTE TO SELF:  Do this right before sleeping to rest more comfortably in my true form.

                              Don’t sleep in the vehicle of the body!
