Exercises in Soul Awareness~Practice Daily for Peace

1.  I am a soul, a sparkling point of light, like a star, sitting in the center of my forehead. Go into the experience of being seperate from the body.  Concentrate on being a subtle point of light and feel the rays of light and might spread out from the soul into the physical world.  Do this for 5 minutes, 5 times a day.  Also do this right before sleeping.  You will sleep more comfortably in your true form.
