The Myth of “Good Luck”

Setting goals works.  Writing them down works even better.  And accountability insures that you stay on track until you’ve reached your goal.

11954546_10205002260157817_3913566571633993621_nThis builds self-respect and overcomes poor habits that come from unconscious beliefs such as “I don’t deserve to achieve”, “I’d rather procrastinate than test myself, because I’m afraid of failure and I’m afraid of success”, or just simply the belief that “I can’t”.  These are markers of unwillingness.   So ask yourself am I willing to set a goal, create an action plan, and ask for accountability?  If so, you are on your way to something new.

No matter what the result, if you stick to this plan, you are going to learn something NEW about yourself.

Research on goal-setting at Dominican University, California, done by Gail Matthews indicated that folks who write down their goals, create action plans, and track their progress accomplish significantly more goals than people who just think about them.

She also learned that the three most important elements for successful goal-setting are accountability, commitment, and writing down goals.

Have you heard the phrase “good goals are SMART”?

SMART is an acronym that stands for:

  • S = Specific:  Describe your goal clearly and concisely.  Don’t be vague or wishy washy about the outcome you wish to achieve.
  • M = Measureable:  Develop a tangible way to measure your progress. For example you can’t measure kindness, but you can measure:  I will say something uplifting to each person I encounter today and for the next 21 days.  Not only is this measureable, it is also a great way to instill a new behavior.
  • A = Attainable: Make sure your goals and action plan are manageable and align with your skills, resources, and interests.
  • R = Relevant:  Is your goal relevant to you?  Is it something you value, and is it related to the bigger picture of your life? A great goal clearly answers the  question~ “why am I doing this”?
  • T = Timeline:  A goal without a timeline is just a dream.  A timeline, with milestones and an end date, will keep you accountable to yourself (and  in addition, a friend, mentor, or coach, can also help keep you accountable and focused).  i.e. “Break your goal into small tasks and set a deadline for each task.  It’s not so overwhelming when you do it in small steps.”                                                                                               (Maureen Zappala, “New Year, New Tune”)

I have noticed that sometimes when I set a goal, other priorites start bubbling up, unexpectedly, and I put my goal on hold!  Often the other priorities soon  fizzle out and I am left without making the progress on my original goal that I had hoped for.  Getting distracted is the biggest Maya there is.  Don’t be deceived by it!

Recognize that I don’t have to wait for someone else to give me the okay.  I just have to say “OKAY” to  myself, every day to activate my inner resources.

Presently, I have a short check list of 6 items which I check nightly before sleeping.  It is a doable check-in to see how I’m doing. The key is not to get discouraged or judgemental, but use this as useful information on how to progress.

As a very successful friend said to me once, “I don’t believe in LUCK.  I’ve worked hard and paid my dues, it hasn’t been a matter of luck.”  She has found that others look at her and where she’s at in life and say  “you’re lucky”.  She feels that by calling it luck is to discount all the hours of planning, implementing, and effort-making that  has gone into creating her smiling success story!!!  There is so much behind the scenes work that a successful person does  every day!

Reaching goals requires clarity; the kind of clarity that comes from writing down your goals and checking in with them.

Start now…write it down-make it happen!

On some level, we all know that success is more than good luck; it requires what most of us would call good old determination!.

Writing down your goals and tracking your progress is definitely a way to mobilize all aspects of one’s inner and outer worlds and to take loving dominion over the thoughts, words, and actions that will make you or break you.

This is my goal during this powerful time of setteling karmic accounts.  This is my goal to create an eternal reward.  This is my contribution to creating the new world.

I wish you well in gaining clarity and determination by writing down your goals.

I won’t wish you “Good Luck”, but Good Determination!

Sending you waves of  good wishes to be the very best Self you can be everyday!!!

Start today!

A New Affair of the Heart~Living Beyond Karma

pink and blue sunWhen I first came across the teachings of Raja Yoga and the Brahma Kumaris, I was amazed and delighted to increase my understanding about karma through the one word “karmateet”!  I understand karmateet to mean reaching the state in which all karmic accounts have been settled at the end of one’s lifetime.

I was happy to hear that there was a method to become karmateet which I could practice daily, on my own!  With true benevolence, the One, the Highest on High teaches that souls can become free of their karma by “Remembering Me”.

Since the Beloved is also the Purifier, by cultivating a stage of being in yoga (union) with the Purifier, our negative karma is burned away.   Being honest with the Purifier and hiding nothing is important.  Anything that is hidden, will persist and therefore can not be lifted!  The Purifier understands the state of all souls at this time is impure.  The Beloved Purifer is pleased with an honest heart.

Honesty is a prerequisite part of the process of becoming pure along with keeping our subtle awareness on the Highest on High, not only while sitting in meditation, but also throughout the day.

You may very well be thinking, how much “yoga” must I have in order to cleanse lifetimes of mistakes and become pure and free, once again?  Great question…a question that truly matters!

Another question arises~how much meditation with the Divine can I fit in  when my present lifestyle requires so many hours a day of “work”, so many hours a night of rest, so many hours devoted to caring for the children, the pets, the garden, the house, the car, and on and on…It could seem like an impossible task to accomplish in one lifetime.

However, the One being truly benevolent and the One who has never, stopped loving you, even for a moment, wouldn’t ask you to do something that could not be accomplished.  It would surely go against that One’s Nature; for the Beloved is the Comforter of Hearts, as well as the Remover of Sorrow. This One does not impose more sorrow and concern or come to give you any other difficulties.

Here’s where another concept became transformed for me.  If you are anything like me, you may have been interpreting karma yoga to be performing various kinds of tasks, usually unpleasant, to rid oneself of karma; or on a slightly higher scale, doing service, which you might even enjoy, to cleanse your karma.  A fair trade-off, although more like a punishment or “duty” than an attractive option!   I realized something today, after churning these words, for over 6 years.   When the Beloved says: “Do actions with your hands, but remember Me with your heart”, He/She is talking about “karma yoga”.

Though I understand the importance of eating and preparing food, going for a walk, speaking to a friend, all while remembering the One in your heart was another way of having yoga, it wasn’t until today that this confluence, this coming together, of performing “karma yoga” within the heartspace of remembrance of the Beloved  jelled enough to become a joyful experience, a profound feeling, of what it means to enjoy each scene of our lives!

For this, too, is a direction from the Beloved:  enjoy each scene of this drama with Me.

Karma Yoga  is an affair of the heart.  For it is only within the womb of this intimate, loving, joyful, relationship that our heart and soul can sweetly and easily be made clean by the Beloved.

Karma Yoga is not merely a utilitarian principle asking you to do some work, some service, some ‘karma yoga’ so that your soul will be cleansed or your conscience relieved.

Karma Yoga and being a karma yogi is a transformational state of being in which to live one’s life!  The definition of a karma yogi is very deep.  Every thought of a karma yogi would spread vibrations of love for the One.

For example: “when you look at a soul who is in love with another soul you can see that that soul is lost in love from that one’s face and sparkle.  Similarly, ask yourself: Does your every action give the experience of being a loving soul to the Father?  This is known as being a karma yogi.” (Avyakt Murli spoken on June 15, 2014 and originally spoken on January 24, 1978)

Suddenly the watered down interpretation of karma yoga that had become part of my inner attitude now seemed joyless and light years behind this new understanding!

The new definition of karma yoga had emerged in my heart:  nurturing and sustaining awareness of constant connection with the Beloved  resulting in  being naturally immersed in Divine love in every thought, word, and action!

Following this guidance of  enjoying every scene of life with ‘Me’, it’s easy to see how blessings can accumulate in the ‘now’ and encourage one to maintain elevated thoughts, words, and actions, even more!   As the immediate fruit of living from Divine love is created and enjoyed, one is sustained and strengthened to stay on the path of remembrance.   As each action becomes fruitful, not just utilitarian, the soul becomes content, happy, and successful, as a result of having these pure thoughts, words, and actions.  Living proof that “Purity is the Mother of Happiness”.

Karma yoga brings joy and pleasure into each present moment,  and one is not just living for the future but also cleaning up the past.   Living life in the present moment takes on new meaning as our elevated present creates an elevated future.

The trigger of all this newness, began brewing in the early hours before dawn.  While the world slept, a book  was opened, a book that had been sitting on the shelf for years.  In it was this guidance, originally spoken on February 24, 1984.   The title of the piece is: “Suffering for Karma will not allow you to be a Karma Yogi”.

Here is what was said:

“The meaning of karmateet is not to be beyond karma but to be beyond the bondage of karma.  Sometimes, in the bondage of the body there are actions performed in which you say, ‘This is my nature to live comfortably, to eat at a particular time, to live in a particular way,’ and all these are aspects of the bondages of karma that draw to themselves….  Just as in bodily illness, where the suffering of karma pulls to itself through pain, so that you say, ‘What can I do?  I am okay but this suffering of karma is severe,’ in the same way, if any particular old sanskara (impression) or nature (character trait) or habit pulls you to itself then this is also the suffering for karma.  And so, any sort of suffering for karma will not allow you to be a karma yogi.  So you have to go beyond this also.”

This passage is deep and bears several readings to extract its essence.  It points out  how habits, character traits, as well as our past lives equal the “bondage of karma” and how all three pull us even when the pull is into, what appears to be something good, the comfort of living in a certain manner, in a certain material way….this pull means we are not free.  For if the comforts of the material existence were taken away, then what?

It leads one to understand that one who is a “karma yogi” is one who is living freely, who is beyond the pull of his/her own karma.  How is this accomplished?  It all relates to understanding where the karma yogi’s comfort and happiness come from.

When goodness and comfort, are drawn from a connection with the Supreme  Source, from the union with the eternal Beloved, then one is contented spiritually and therefore happy! If this connection with the Beloved is a primary focus, then even if one is living a life of  material luxury and comfort, as long as his or her happiness is not dependent upon or trapped within those facilities, that one is a karma yogi.

A karma yogi would use the benefits they have accrued in this physical world for the highest good of all, i.e. to help awaken and free others from a life bound by their karmic bondage.  Their very presence in this world helps to guide and awaken others to true and lasting happiness which is realized as one embraces the awareness of remembering who they are ( an eternal spiritual being)  and who they belong to (the eternal spiritual Beloved).

Are you feeling trapped by anyone or anything?  Take a new look at the situation; remember the Ocean of Love and draw your sustenance from there, rather than from expectations of how you would like this person or situation to be.  This will help settle the account that created this type of relationship in the first place and you won’t be creating more negative energy through your unfulfilled or uneasy thoughts about the situation.  Then easily withdraw your dependence from that situation or person being “a certain way” and watch how much room for lightness and magic you have created in your world!!!  This is called transformation!

Om Shanti

Revolution and True Freedom

rainbow over anini beachIn recent times the greatest revolution has been the awakening that human beings can change the outer aspects of their lives by changing the innermost thoughts and attitudes of their minds.   Truly, it is the only way to make changes that matter and which are sustainable over a long period of time!

The way to restore our spiritual identity is not in the rejection of the world of matter around us, but in becoming an awakened, fulfilled soul free of cravings, distractions, and self-gratification at the expense of others.  This elevated state is only possible when the soul is truly intoxicated with its Self,  fully conscious of its own worth and power, and its deep connection with all there is!

Then, it is possible to dwell, as a guest, in the material/social, three-dimensional, environment without any attachment to things, people, or places.  True freedom expresses itself through unhampered mastery of  spirit over matter or unlimited spiritual awareness over limited body consciousness, and the wherewithal to be of service to the whole, knowing that by your very presence in this world, you are making a difference.

One sage has been known to say that “when the time is ripe, the advancement of a soul towards self-knowledge (and self-mastery) comes about as naturally  as the physical body of a child growing into a full-fledged mature form.”  My friends, the time is now ripe.  Don’t waste the dynamics of this stellar age to become as elevated as you can ever be!

The blueprint for this short span of time we have before the ‘new beginning’, before the reset button is pushed, before chaos brings on its own demise, is that of ascending, completion, closing the karmic accounts of the past, and preparing the inner being for the greatest world we’ve ever seen.

Yes, the time is now.

Get a Jump Start on Living as a Soul!

Ask yourself what truly gives me peace?  What am I insisting needs to get done before I can be at peace?  What helps me to “be still”?  Your eternal nature is free and peaceful.   Your eternal nature is free from fears, free from doubts, free from pain, and free from suffering.  To fly away, to be unlimited, and to be in peace are all deep soul memories which create a deep, yet subtle, longing.

free bird in a golden sky

Buried within us, lies the truth that we are much more than bodies.  We are all experiencing an identity crisis, without knowing it!  Most of us have been under the deep impression that I am this body and I have a soul.  In actuality, I am the eternal being who has taken a body, in order to play a part on the stage of life. I temporarily reside inside this body; however I am an unlimited soul-playing a limited role. I must remember the costume (body) is not me…it is a temporary outer garment that will soon be exchanged for another. This is why trying to derive total fulfillment or contentment through the senses of the body is not possible.  It is always temporary and does not feed the inner resources of the soul, which can become dry from lack of attention and awareness to the true self.

  •                                     Ask yourself, what  do I yearn to be free from?

Worthy sages, poets, and healers, all endeavor to guide humanity’s focus towards the inner treasure of our true identity.

In the 18th century, the poet, William Wordsworth mused upon these sentiments in his classic poem:

The World is Too Much with Us

we are beings~

“trailing clouds of glory… blinded by the  distractions of the material world.”

This distraction of the material world  is even more so now: Don’t  look to the world to fulfill the longing of the soul.

Listen to yourself – the answers do lie within.

HOW?

  • Give yourself time to Go Deep Into the Silence that is You.
  • Speak kindly to the you that is emerging… the You that is waking from a deep and troubled sleep, a kind of amnesia, a forgetting!
  • As a spiritual being, I require spiritual sustenance…the kind received through spiritual truths that restore my self-knowledge as a vital, loving, wise, and powerful soul. To receive that means I must be in touch with my spiritual nature…my spiritual home and my spiritual source.
  • Spiritually detox. Begin by burning up all false beliefs that taught you the Highest on High is not a loving Benefactor, discard any teaching that says that One judges and a punishes.  Free yourself from the lies and misconceptions that do not serve you in any way.
  • Purge the beliefs injected into you from your childhood that tell you that this One gets angry with you.
  • Remember: healing your “religious past” ensures that your “spiritual future” will be positive and bring you in closer loving communion with the Most Loving Force in our universe.
  • Find a spiritual practice that eases your heart of all guilt, hatred, and fear: a path with Heart  that will allow the flow of more kindness, peace, love, and honesty to flow in, from, and around you.
  • Commit to a path that supports you, and allows you to experience the true nature of God.
  • Claim as your own, the kind of relationship/s you would love to have with this One.
  • Having made your claim, ask to be guided towards its complete fulfillment.
  • Know this is your birthright.
  • Begin a thorough “detoxing” of all ancient, spiritual skeletons left unhealed, in your “closet” of forgotten burdens and recurring memories. Without doing this spiritual detox, you will feel bound by subtle forces that make it hard to move forward and to melt into love, contentment, peace, and acceptance. (p.s. I share a wonderful practice that can be used to help you get free from negative memories.)
  • Clean out, open up, and receive comfort and support from the One who has never stopped loving you!
  • Consciously and/or unconsciously, if your strongest perceptions of the Beloved are of fear and judgement, you will tend to be that way with yourself!     (I was definitely “there” for a looong time~OUCH!)
  • And the way you are with yourself is essentially how you are with others, and how others “see” you and treat you.
  • Your relationship with the One is so unique and the most intimate mirror you have. Take the time to clean this mirror of other peoples’ fingerprints, of the greasy smudges of old perceptions.
  • The reflection that shines through will astound and uplift you.

Remember You are a Beautiful Soul.

Your Life is a Journey of Remembering and Forgetting THIS!

NOW IS THE TIME TO REMEMBER!

Kindness is the Highest Form of Wisdom

Goddesses Have Divine Virtues!

Girl and the Sky“The Father sits here and explains about devotion and knowledge”.                                                         Murli:  1/1/2016

Spiritual Children:  Have you understood how there cannot be true fulfillment through devotion and that it is only through ‘this knowledge’ that ordinary human beings are made into deities?”

You may be asking what is meant by knowledge in this context and how does it differ from devotion?  What kind of knowledge comes from the Father/Mother of all and is infused with the transformational magic of changing ordinary human beings into deities.  The Beloved Parent/Friend gives us ordinary humans, caught in the web of thinking we are the roles we play, the recognition of the Self.  The Beloved finds us and helps us to recognize the One, as He/She is.  The Beloved also gives the knowledge of the beginning, middle and end of the world cycle.

Again, you may be asking how can I recognize the One who comes to create the new world through this knowledge?  The Father, Teacher, and Guide comes with a gift to assist us to connect with Him/Her in the Supreme Abode, the abode of all souls, the abode of silence.  This gift comes in the form of Meditation…Raja Yoga Meditation.

As we connect with the One and get on this One’s incorporeal wavelength, we begin the process of purification of the karmas of our past and present and imbibe that One’s virtues and characteristics.  Nice tradeoff!!!

Presetly we are living in the “kingdom of Maya” where we are all sufferring from anger, lust, greed, ego, and attachment.  The One comes from on high, out of mercy and love, to  teach us and restore our original purity.  In essence, the incorporeal Beloved descends to establish a new world of purity, peace, and happiness through the power of Raja Yoga (union with the One).

“Although Maya is very powerful, there is hope.  Even those who have become completly degraded have to be uplifted. ” (murli)

Since the Beloved is incognito, the human souls who are destined to help in the establishment of the new world, reveal the One to others and share the knowledge they have been given.  Brahma (who becomes Narayan, a deity, in his next life) and Saraswati ( becomes the deity Lakshmi, in her next life) have the distinction of being the first and best students of the One.  They are the roots and trunk of the human world tree.  Saraswati, in this life, is also called Mamma.  “She would tell everybody that we are just instruments of God and that One is getting the things done through us.  So, we should remain detached observers.   She was an embodiment of  sweetness, humility, truth, maturity, seriousness, tolerance, and cheerfulness.  Her presence transformed the vicious attitude and sufferings of others. She also had a natural disinterest towards wordly affairs and would tell everyone to live as though it were their last moment!  She would also say that an ‘effort-maker’ is one who understands the lessons of the Highest on High and translates them into practical life immediately.” from Mateshwari Jagadamba Saraswati by B.K. Surendran, from Bangalore.

“The Goddess Lakshmi has a nose, ears, and a mouth, etc. because she is also a human being.  However she has divine virtues and this is why she is called a deity (goddess).

How did she become such a beautiful deity?

It is only by remembering Alpha (the One) that one becomes a god-like deity from a human being.

Alpha is said to be the highest.  People point upwards with their finger to indicate Alpha.  Alpha is also said to be One.

There is just one God and all the rest are children.

This One gives you knowledge and makes you His children…It is of Him that it is said: ‘Even if you turned a whole ocean into ink, a forest into pens, and the earth into paper, this knowledge would not run out.’

Hand over all your burdens and bondages to the Father, and become Light.” (murli)

It is possible that you will understand some of this knowledge.   Some of you will instantly have faith, whereas others won’t.

Hope is kept for everyone.  If not now, then you will definitely understand in the future.

One has to keep hoping for the souls of the world.  To keep hope in them means to have an interest in serving them.

“This knowledge and divine virtues have to be imbibed.” (murli)

Self-Respect ~ Let Me Count the Ways

I am a child of GodA spiritual journey often begins with  the question:’Who am I?’

Focusing on our eternal nature with self-reflection and self-respect brings into awareness the unfoldment of the answer to Who am I.

Giving respect to your true Self, instead of demanding or expecting respect for your ego from others has great benefits.   As your self-respect increases, the soul becomes humble and fulfilled. Eliminating negative and useless thoughts about myself and others is easier when focused on the elevated awareness of the Self as a being of light..  This kind of self respect dispels consciousness of the self as a limited, temporary body governed by an ego and our true nature of peace, love, and joy can be expressed.

Being in self-respect brings respect from others easily and continually. This is the opposite of arrogance; this has to do with acknowledging the True Self and our true qualities.

Renouncing the desires of I, me, and mine cools the ego down.  Work on the ego allows one to experience progress in meditation and other spiritual work.

Self-respect is the foundation of the state of soul-consciousness.  Each and every thought of respect  about our true and eternal nature creates energy, while wasteful thoughts about myself and others reduces my power and vitality.

Start this process of respect for your eternal nature by creating a list of respectful  thoughts or ‘titles’ you have for your soul.  Such thoughts will build inner stability to  face adverse situations.  They will keep you in a good stage of soul-consciousness and in the company of the Highest on High who wishes only the best for you.

Here is a starter list to get you moving in the right direction.

  1.  I am a great soul.  It is true that I’m great.  Feel it and accept it with deep     realization.
  2.  I am a destroyer of obstacles for myself and others.  My Divine Parent is always with me.  I am under the Canopy of Protection.
  3.  My original and eternal state is of  sovereignty of the soul over the mind and body.
  4.  I am a pure soul and so is everyone else originally and eternally a pure soul.
  5.  My true nature is of peace.  When I am connected to peace, I give peace to all souls through the freedom of my mind.
  6. On the basis of self-respect, I charge up the atmosphere around me, including my home, my meditation area, and wherever I am present in the world.
  7. I am a powerful soul, unlimited and blissful.
  8. Expressing love without conditions and expectations is a natural joy for the soul.
  9. I am a beloved child of God.

Give yourself the gift of Self-Respect every day.  It is especially powerful, during the first ten minutes of your day to reflect on one of these points.  This practice can be repeated for the last ten minutes of your day before sleeping, as well. These times of the day, your subconscious is most available and will take in your positive thoughts.  Also imbibe a powerful point of self-respect while eating and drinking.  Work this practice into the things you do everyday for the sustenance of your body.  You will be also sustaining the energy of your soul.

You are a blessed soul.  Blessed by this spiritual knowledge, blessed by the Divine Director of this play, and blessed by every positive thought you choose.

Choose well, live well, and progress.

To Drink from the Well of Peace

In the practice of Raja Yoga Meditation, one method to connect with your inner peace is through the thought ‘Om Shanti’.  These 2 words point to the awareness of our eternal state of peace and our true spiritual identity.  By thinking or saying Om Shanti you are claiming your natural state of peace to emerge.

In Sanskrit, Shanti means ‘peace’ and Om means ‘I am the soul’.   Together they affirm that I am a peaceful soul.

As you accept Om Shanti as a reality and focus upon it, your power of peace and serenity manifests as a powerful vibration bringing your true nature of peace to the surface of your life and you become a wonderful force of peace in the world around you.

It takes just a few seconds of concentration to connect with the soul-self and the current of peace and tranquility.  Practice for 10 to 20 seconds, as many times throughout the day as you wish, to establish and sustain the awareness of the peace which abides within you, the soul.  Your Om Shanti current will never fail to energize your peacefulness.  However, it must be practiced with complete attention.

What follows is a wonderful testimony from a young woman in her twenties, a first time participant in one of our Raja Yoga Meditation sessions.  “My first encounter with Raja Yoga Meditation at a Solstice Gathering on Kauai was simply wonderful.  It filled me with a sweet sense of light that uplifted and acknowledged my soul.  One of the most profound experiences of the evening was realizing how powerful it is to recognize and deeply connect to soul-consciousness.

The soul is our source of our existence.  I am deeply thankful for everyone who drinks from this well of light.”

Lightness and Magic Are Real

The deepest untruth has been to go down the road, so far, into the depths of matter that I forgot who you and I are!

This turning away from the lightness and magic of our unlimited nature is the deepest lie.

The deepest lie is being pulled into the claws of Maya, the Grand Illusionist, and believing that this body is center stage and that you and I, the living souls, are distant and removed, waiting in the wings somewhere.

For this I apologize, for forgetting how close we are to You~  How we truly are: incorporeal, unlimited, loveful, merciful, beyond the five senses, lost in love, creative, the ultimate magicians.

Let us hold hands and circle the globe in our minds with our love and benevolence.  It can be done.  It will be done.  It is done.  The world and our souls will be made new and pristine once again. Bright and Beautiful as it was in the Beginning, So it Shall Be, Once Again.

There’s Benefit in Everything

Child Soul Meditating

I’ve been in India for almost 3 weeks having powerful meditations and connections with my Self and the Divine, as well as meeting amazing people from all over the planet!  The whole time I’ve been here, the body has been in a vulnerable state.  I, the soul, have decided to take charge again and again commanding health, well-being, and balance.  It is beginning to materialize.  Somehow, it has been easy to over-do here, even though each day is spent in hours of deep meditation and reflection.

Paying close attention to the rhythm of each day and each night has helped to create balance.  Being alone and connecting with new “old” friends is another dance of balance.  Reading, writing, sitting in the sun, finding the perfect mementos for folks back home all fill the days of a perfect retreat.

What is the backdrop to all of this, that makes coming all the way to India to do what, seemingly, one could do anywhere so powerful?

The backdrop is that one is nurtured in a very sacred high vibrational  energy field  where heavy meditation has been carried on since the 50’s  by fully surrendered yogis making it easy for others to rise to a state of lightness, bodilessness, and connect in a profound way with the Highest on High.

There is great value in this for the soul.
